Every board is made by hand, and we stand behind each one.
14-Day Return Window
If your board arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't what you pictured, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to Request a Return
Email info@gridironcrafts.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We reply within 24 hours with next steps.
Conditions
- Items must be in original condition (unused, unaltered)
- Sale items and custom color requests are final sale
- Return shipping is on us only when the board arrived damaged or defective
A Note on Natural Variation
Each board is cut from a natural walnut slab. Grain pattern, live-edge shape, and exact dimensions vary board to board. This variation is not a defect and is not grounds for a damage claim — though if you're unhappy with your board for any reason, the 14-day window still applies.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original and place a new order for the colors you want.
